Hi Everyone

I fed up and had enough of this bloody anxiety! :mad: Im so tired at the moment and feeling abit down. I ache lower back, groin, thighs, knees. Sorry just having a rant. Doctor gave me citroplam 10mg two months ago and said we may have to up them. Well I didnt take them and told him this as I thought my anxiety would go away on its own!!:roflmao: You can tell Im new to this eh!

Anyway he told me to keep them just incase but I still dont want to take them. I have read about 5HTP and also maybe getting claire weekes book what do you think?

This aching lark is driving me mad, the more I ache the more I worry, the more I worry the more I ache!:shrug:

Hi Annie,

I have heard great things about Claire Weekes books and have not personally taken 5HTP. You might want to check out the natural remedy section or med section to see any posts regarding it or you can do a search too. If you want try those two things before meds and many people take medication as a last resort. Counseling is always an option too. Warm relaxing baths with lavender in the water and heating pads help aching muscles too. I also do long streches early in the morning and late at night for my aching muscles. If you can manage try walking, I know it can actually give you more energy if you exercise. Hope you feel better soon.
