Ruined

Hi,another new member with a ruined life from OCD. I don't even know what to say because i feel so low right now and am lost. I'm exahsted from all the intrusive thoughts and can't take it no more. I would feel better to have at least one friend to distract me from the intrusive thoughts. Its like they get me when I'm alone and its torture.

there is a lot of help support and advice on the forum and there are posts on ocd which might help you
also there is part where you can post for msn or email buddies which might be good
there is also a great chatroom to meet the other members
