Hi Guys,

My name is Gem I live near mansfield, notts.

I have suffered with OCD, Health anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember. I have been on medication since I was 11 years old I am now 22. I was diagnosed with OCD at the age of 13. I am currently trying to get CBT on the NHS.

At the moment I am managing to hold down a full time job and I have a good relationship with my fiance, Ben, who is very understanding and supportive.

I would like to speak to anyone who suffers with any kind of anxiety - hopefully we can help each other.
