Pressure !!!

Im just interested to see how many people have put themselves under pressure to change there ways with anxiety this New Year ?

How many people have said to themselves, "this is it, New Year, im going to get better !"

I have, and strangely enough i am so much but better anyway, that i feel i have put so much pressure on that i feel im going backwards now :wacko:

i decided before new year that this year i was going to get better, maybe i was just ready, myabe i had already turned the corner, but i dont feel any pressure to get better, i just want it so bad.

I have thought about it but I am not pressurising myself to do so, as I don't think that will hep me much. I am 5 weeks pregnant so I have a good reason to get better and as I have been so scared of being pregnant all my life, and now I am, I guess it will either kill or cure me this year lol.
