Why does it come back????

Hi,

I have been feeling well for the last few weeks, have a bad cold but just got over it. Today for no reason whatsoever I started getting pains in my arms again into my shoulders.

It's horrible just when I thought I was getting there this happens. Do I put it to the back of mind and sit and have the drink we missed out on last night and the fun?

I am getting worried again!!!

Have you had this before? If you did, well you're still here...so go ahead and put it in the back of your mind, it's exactly what I would do.
