Dr. Claire Weekes Book

Hi All and Happy New Year!

I've seen quite a few of you mentioned the Dr. Claire Weekes book, but I see that she has a few different books. Could someone please let me know the title of the book? I'd like to order it and hopefully start out the new year on a positive note.

If you have a look at the link at the top of the forum page there is a link for the "no more panic amazon bookshop".
Press on the link and the first two books are the ones by Claire Weekes.
I have just noted that you are in the US, not sure if you will be able to order them from this site :wacko:
Anyway, at least you will know the name of the books!

I think if you want a book on starting recovery, then Self help for your nerves is the one you need to read from claire weekes.

I have them all and think this is the best one.

I think in the US it was published as "Hope and Help For Your Nerves". That book actually "cured" my anxiety and panic for 10 years when I read it at age 19. Get it.
