flu or anxiety? :S

I'm really really terrified of getting the flu, had it a few years ago and it was awful. I keep getting aches and pains, i'm sooo tired i can barely keep my eyes open, i have this weird cold feeling in my chest and i've just convinced myself i have the flu. My mum and boyfriend keep telling me i'm fine and i need to calm down. I'm hoping this is just because i've had really bad toothache and have been panicking about that a lot. I really can't handle flu right now :(

Please give me advice x
