emetophobiacs do you have nightmares about v****?

I can honestly say I have always had intermittent dreams about people being sick around me...strangely it is never ME (thank god) that gets ill...but with it being winter season and my phobia in full blast...I have been finding I am having 2-3 dreams (nightmares) per week about people being ill around me? It is horrible!! In my dream I am panicking and trying to get away from the person being ill. Needless to say, these are true nightmares...

Anyone else have this??

Frequently....:weep: unfortunately.

it's either people around me or me being ****. I wake up in a blind panic thinking and feeling I'm about to be ill - it's awful, I hate it!

Noro stilling plaguing the area and driving me to insanity..... am really struggling too.

I had one last night actually. I can't say they are "nightmares" (because i don't wake up sweating or feeling terrified)...but i frequently dream about people puking/feeling sick.
