Really sorry put this thread maybe in the wrong place!

Big panic here....I read that anxiety can cause cancer!!!!! totally freaked out now!!! i have been a health anxiety sufferer for 20 years, this worries me even more!!!

I did look on the internet, but it's full of useless information that does not help!

Anxiety does not cause cancer. Please try your hardest not to be influenced by such information. It will only make you worry for no reason.

it wont give you cancer maybe gray hair worry lines but never cancer
if it did there be no one here to anser you,,,,,,, we all be dead
