ok now my dad thinks ive gone crazy today we were in same room and i swear i heard my mum shouting from downstairs so i shouted 'what' out loud he looked at me funny and said why you shouting, i told him i heard her say something, she hadn't even spoken
please reasure me i am not going crazy :blush:

My husband thinks I am talking to him all the time and he is not crazy. He doesn't have anxiety so he thinks nothing of it. Notator is right you couldn't have written that post if you were crazy.

your not crazy 3 times tonight ive asked if my husband has callled me ,and each time he said no ,im starting to think its where its in my head he calls me so much , just something get used to i guess but it doesnt mean your mad take care

I do this quite often too- tonight in fact. I think we become so introspective and lost in our own thoughts that we are not fully focussed on the sounds around us so misinterpret them.
