Shooting pains in my throat and strange throbbing in neck

Any ideas?? I keep having shooting pains down the back of my throat and my neck keeps throbbing in different places.... :(

Shooting and stabing pains, I have done that. It was stress. Maybe try laying on a hot water bottle to sooth?
