On faint red stop on palm of hand

Hi Guys,

I have a faint red spot (just one) on the palm of my hand that blemishes when pressure is applied to it. Does anyone know what this might be? Has anyone had one before?

I used to get these. I think they are where capilliaries are close to the surface of the skin. Nothing to worry about :).
