All at Once?

Hi Guys,

Can anyone relate to having more than one symptom at a time? I am currently having double vision in my left eye, tingly feet, aching arms & legs and a headache/tingling sensation?

I never ever think its anxiety as I dont feel stressed anxious at all. Could it really be anxiety?

I have alot of different symptoms at a time.
I also ask myself the same question as you do, "Could it be anxiety"

The doctors dont find anything wrong even though i have had numerous checks so i guess it is anxiety.

Now i have aching arms, naussea, dizzy and a general strange feeling.

I think most people with anxiety suffer with several different symptons at the time. As the symptoms feel so real it is hard to accept that there isn't anything really wrong with our health
