Hi all
As some may know my big sister has moved to australia. At htis present time the thought of getting on a plane well makes me feel physically sick I'd run a mile.
However, my desire to visit my sis is really important and since the aim is for a visit in 2010..aaargghh. I thought i better start looking into this and learn how to deal with flying again. ( I used to be fine).
So..i clicked on the aviophobia link on the left hand menu and was directed to what looks like a fantastic site about fear of flying and over comin it. Anyway I took their test to determine my level of fear or phobia and the good news is I am not aviophobic i just have an intense fear of flying.
I have a headache and fell a little sick and to be honest couldnt stay on the site too long, but my goodness intense fear certainly seems more er managable for the want of a better word.
I'M GONNA TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND FLY BACK IN THEIR IT LOOKS A FABBY SITE AND MAY HOLD LOTS OF ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS FOR ME. lol
