Hello All,

Just found this site after years of coping with depression and anxiety, so I'm hoping that it's going to be a big help. It's a mighty relief to find that I'm not alone with this!

They've got me on beta-blockers and they usually help keep me on the up - but not recently. It's been quite a bad week or so.
