Weird thing happend, someone please explain/help.

Hi guys

Today i bent down to pick something from the floor, and I was in an almost "bowing to someone" position, trying to reach of my hair pin under the beg, i was like that for a few seconds and then I took a deep breath...and I got this weird thud in my chest...

I freaked out..i went back into that same position and took a deep breath...and it happened again...i was so scared...

also if i'm standing and i sit down fast and take a deep breath at the same time, i get that thud in the chest...

afterwords i got very scared and began to feel really hot and my cheeks got red..

what is this bending down, kneeling, deep breath thing that causes skipped beats/thuds in chest...?

I definitely get this and have been having it for years. Ive often gone to bend down in a shop to look at something and then my heart would "play up". It would completely freak me out and ruin my day, so id walk out and go home:weep: I also get this when i lay down in bed and take a deep breath, or even putting on my socks!
