New to the site

Hi,

I am new to the site and have just been disgnosed with GAD and panic attacks in the last month. I am scared and really confused! I am 26, live in Ottawa Ontario. I have a great fiancee and two beautiful boxers, my boys. I hope I will be able to find some of the answers I am looking for here and meet people that are in the same situation.
