Just when i thought i was getting there feeling very anxious again. Keep going dizzy than panic cos im at home with my baby. :weep:
Hi again... sorry to hear that. I felt a lot better last night, now have felt dreadful all morning. Have you tried distracting yourself with something? Or concentrating on your breathing? Sorry if these are things you've already done.
I just read that we should listen to some music and sing along. Apparently when we are singing our breathing normalises and we don't panic! Just tried it while I was in the bath and it felt good!
Off to the Dr's at 3pm so am worked up over that.
Hope you're feeling a bit better and I'm sure baby is fine...Karen x
