DIZZINESS

Hi all i have just found out the name of my phobia (dinophobia) fear of dizziness. Has any1 had this b4 and if so how did you deal with it. i have mastered the art of breathing right so that cant b the reason 4 the dizziness. i am having a course of CBT at the moment but any advise would b a great help.

I didn't know there was a name for the fear of being dizzy. My mom has it and so do I. I of course fear for my health so dizzy fits in.

I find when I look down at times I get dizzy, slight motions make me dizzy and so does the silliest things.

I have had my blood checked and do on those women days take them for iron but my daughter suffers this too.

If it happens you have to move on, because when you think of it after the fact you stew on it for a long time and then it happens more and more.
