anyone else get or have this?

hello there. for past couple of days been a bit funny mentally....people i know feel like strangers, as if i dont recognise them but i do! only seemed to happen after a rush sensationin my neck caused by sitting awkwardly in my chair. rationally i havent had a stroke, but the anxiety in me cant help it...feeling like familiar people are odd can be scary and i have to keep telling myself its just anxiety...but its hard when ye get odd feelings that make you feel like somethings wrong with your brain....anyone else had this and any advice will help thanks



Still changing my thinking and know its going to take time to let go

This one i am familiar with too.

Sometimes at work i just ahving weird thoughts about my friends there, just like they are total strangers to me.

I read about this somewhere and it seems to be normal when you have anxiety.
