right now I am trying the Actimel with real orange bits, it's also supposed to help prevent you from catching colds and things. I'm only on day 4 but will let you know how I get on. The only thing that I can say about it is that it tastes lovely[:P]

I did this before and took the 14 day challenge.

Here is my post ....

Actimel - does it work? (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2715)

I didn't notice any dramatic change but I am sure it did me good on the inside!

I have tried Actimel many times in the past and it really does work. It's expensive though :D

I had a bout of irritable tummy with bad heartburn and painful indigestion rather than the lower end and my Gp said natural yoghurt.

I've got one of those Easi-yo yoghurt makers from Julian Graves - dead easy to do and you make a litre in one go. I ate it every day and whether it was coincidence or not it sorted the problem out.
