New to this site, Just had a look at some of the forum and feel abit better already. I dont feel so alone now, I'm not the only one who thinks their going off thier head! It's a great network of people. I'm sooo glad i found it. I get reasurrance from it and i dont feel just as anxious. :yesyes:

Hi there and welcome to the forum, it's certainly a great place and as you say you don't feel so alone because there are people out there who feel the same even though the feeling inside us just makes us feel so isolated.
