Hay fever and panic attacks

Does anybody else's hay fever bring on panic attacks? I've had my worst spell in years this past weekend and I believe it's down to the high pollen count. In fact whenever I'm feeling under the weather I get more anxious than normal. Does anybody else find this?

hi Dan,

I don't get hayfever but I do get a lot more panicky when I'm ill. I think that's normal as our bodies are more run down and it's harder to fight the panic..

I always panic when I dont feel well even if its only a cold I have had bad hayfever this year and its really effected my vision and yes I have panicked like mad.

I get hay fever but never noticed anything like this.
