squawk attack

last night i was a bit down and was on the phone to my mother, today i feel fine and she phoned me again today to see how i was, and when i said i was feeling a lot better she said "we all need a squawk sometime, dont worry about it" i thought that was so funny im now christening my panic attacks and down moments as squawk attacks, hopefully it will let me see the funny side of it!
