Hello all

I'm Lmah and new to this site. Been dealing with anxiety/panic/agorophobia for almost a year. Did well without medicine for a few months but fell right back into it, and worse. I started lexapro and 5 weeks being weaned off because it just made the panic attacks worse ( esp in the middle of the night) I am not sure if I want to try something else, or try to deal like I did before. Glad to be here talking to people who understand this.
