going crazy worrying about an Infection

I am driving myself crazy worrying about a fever I have. I am on antibiotics and tylenol and still no relief. I am taking my temperature every 5 minutes. It is varing between 99.5 - 100.2 and I am worried sick. I have a little stomach aches now and again. I have been checked for a urinarytract infection and there is nothing. I am being treated for bowel infection.

I am worried as to why the tylenol is not taking away my fever.
I am scaried to pieces. I have to call in the morning to get into the Doctors but sleeping tonite will be difficult.

Any suggestions?

I am feeling better other than tummy cramps but I think that is from the worry. I am no longer running a fever and the Doctor took blood work to ensure the infection was not in my blood on Wed. I did not hear from him so no news is good news.
