just joined nmp must addmit i think its the best site ive had advice from. looking forward to chat as i feel stupid talking to pepole who dont understand (p.a) as i have sufferd with them for about 6years and never really new much about them in the beging. as i have about 3 to 4 a week iam looking forward chating to pepole who go through the same things as me and understanding (p.a) :D

hi all i was informed of this site by someone i know with panic disorder and hopefully it can make me understand about it a bit more.
Im a support worker for people with challenging behaviour so they have all sorts of stuff to deal with so hopefully this goes some way to letting me understand there piont of view as well.
