Hi everyone, i want to ask you a question about a problem i have from time to time. It is not constant but it comes now and then.
I get a bad cramp in my stomache, it feels like a band around my body. It can come in only a few minutes and last for about 1 hour and then disapears.
At the same time i get sweaty and of course i panic. It also brings pressure in my back.
I have a thought that this is a part of my anxiety and that it is a form of panic attack.
Can someone relate to this?
