Hi everyone,
I'm Alison, i'm 24 and from from Yorkshire (I sound like i'm on Blind Date:unsure:),
I've suffered with my health, physical and mental since 2001 when I was 17, I became agoraphobic and completely housebound for many years, over that time it's progressed into depression, severe social phobia and OCD.
I've just signed up to this forum,i'm hoping to learn and share coping strategies, and hopefuly make some friends along the way.:)
