I have been a successful salesman of Industrial Goods. I worked for 5 years in my previous company, and won the best Salesman award in one of those years, selected from 20 salesmen of the company.
I joined the current employer 6 months ago. It was a startup company. Just a GM and a couple of support staff. I cant function. I put off everything. I have already accepted failure in this job. I even fear of picking up the phone to call a prospective customer.
