I saw this link on another site, I think this is my biggest culprit. Our improper breathing can cause so many symptoms, I always find myself holding my breath, for whatever reason, I do not no why but, I am going to make a effort to try to breath correctly. I also tend to shallow breath from my chest, which is not helping. I hope this helps!
