Hello everybody.

My name is kerry, i have been an anxiety sufferer for more than 11 years now since the birth of my first son...thinking it stemmed from post natal depression. Anyways just like to say hello to everyone. I have managed to control a lot of my attacks so i'm hoping i may be of some help to some people and maybe to make some nice friends who actually understand. :)
