I shut people out when they overwhelm me, when they come at me too strong, I can't cope with them. I feel so panicky, angry and just I need them to be seperated from me. I just can't cope with it.
I go into a room and seperate myself from them so I can breathe, and try to come to grips with why I feel this way. Sometimes it can last for a bit. I just isolate myself, even talking to certain people stresses me out so I avoid them.
Anyone else? Or am I the only one?
