Hi everyone.
Its always straight to my tummy when anything stressful or anxious happens to me LOL...
Last nite I'm afraid I over-indulged at tea time and scoffed my pie, mash, veg and gravy too fast.....So I then spend last nite burping, bloated, windy etc... Today I'm in some discomfort, dizzy and feeling sorry for myself.
I usually watch my diet, what foods I eat and how much, and have started to keep a diary to see patterns in my behaviour etc.
I am convinced that I have acid or IBS and wondered how is everyone else affected and what symptoms do they get.
Any advice would be gratefully accepted.

Yeah slow down and eat less, frequent smaller meals, my ibs is a bit better these days but I am on acid and bowel relaxing meds for it.....
