Just wondering if anyone has found taking omega 3 supplements has helped their panic attacks..

I take a One-a-Day Omega 3 Fish Oil daily - it has a double dose of Omega 3's in one dose. I'm not sure that it's really done anything for my anxiety and panic though, as I'm still having trouble from time to time. I have severe HA and I worry about my heart health so that's why I take it....it's just good for you!

I have bipolar and have heared that Omega 3 is supposed to help. I haven't tried it though so can't comment, but would like to hear if anyone has had any success with it.

Ive started taking them everyday. I have heard that apart from the physical health benifits, they can also help concentration. Its hard to tell whether they have worked but for the past week I have been feeling way better. Placebo or life changes? Not sure. Theres no harm in trying them :-) Only good!
