Support Groups In Glasgow

Hey everybody, i'm new on here.:blush:

Just wondering if anybody knows of any support groups for anxiety/panic/stress in Glasgow?? I have had it for about 6 years and have never met a fellow sufferer. I'm 22 and find it hard to talk to friends.

Hi,

Also if you get your GP to refer you to community mental health they can set you up with a local support group. I wasn't able to go to one but was told that they are really helpful and have a good success rate.
