having a horrible day

when i first woke up i heard about the attacks in london on the news, i then heard about really bad storms in the county over from us that had potentially spawned tornadoes, now i have to worry about leaving for the dentist in about 20 minutes. im only going to get a cleaning done but im still nervous cause......well i just dont like dentists[Ugh] with all of this going on ive just been on edge. i havent had any panic attacks at all today but it feels as though everything is building up to one. just felt as though i shouldve gotten that off of my chest a bit before leaving. i will post again when i get back.
