hi, i have had terrible panic attacks and weird feelings for years, some of the feelings i have sworn blind that no one in the world has ever felt like this! my latest one is that i feel like my tougue doesnt belong to me!! it really scares me, i cannot really describe it well but when it happens i just have to make myself busy until it passes. has anyone else got strange feelings on these lines?

Your not alone on this one!just lately ive been feeling the same about my teeth!they feel weird:wacko: Im trying to ignore it,as im convinced its just MR ANXIETY trying to get back in,well ive got news for him HE CAN DO ONE!!!! HE"S WAISTING HIS TIME!! luv suzy:hugs:

me too! my teeth play up too! how strange, i suppose it is best to ignore then you dont give the feelings any power, but it is hard! i try to stay busy! so glad i am not alone!x
