Having another attack

Hi All,

I can't believe it I am having another attack, I have no idea why I am having one this time...

It might be because I am still wound up about having one earlier in the week.

I'm supposed to be going to a birthday party tonight and I can't flipping go now. Was really looking forward to it aswell.

I am really low at the moment, I don't know if I can carry on like this for much longer..

Hi Louisa,

You are so not alone. :hugs: I had my last panic attack just before my period last Thursday. Three days later and I am so much better and feel more focused and positive. I went to see my doctor on Friday and he put my mind at rest. Try talking to someone. I went out last night and had a great time as I had my friends with me. PM me if you like anytime.
