Heart Pounding

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else all the sudden felt their heart pounding loud and hard. It wasn't fast at all but just loud pulses? My fianc'e took my pulse and he said that it was strong.. It kinda scared me thought I was having a heart attack or one might happen!

I wouldn't worry about it too much, just seems like you've got a strong heart beat! I've had all sorts of weird and 'not so' wonderful things happen with my heart. Strong beats like you, fast beats, slow beats, all over the place beats! You name it, I've had them! Its amazing what anxiety and panic can do.
If you are worried about it, go and see you GP who will put your mind at rest. I can't say for definate, as I'm not a doctor, but I think by the sounds of it, its nothing to worry about. You'll be fine, I'm sure!

I have the same thing Brandy. It's very normal for people with anxiety..don't worry :D
