hi i have sufered om panic attacks for yrs on and o now.last night though i was gettinginto bed and every now and again it elt like i kept shakin onthe inside from my stomach or chest up to my head i think they call it tremors.i dint even feel like i was panicking until this started happening.just wondered i this haas ever happened to anyone else s i know im ot going loopy
