Hi everyone just introducing myself. Im 30 years old and have battled with mental health problem for as long as I can remember. Started feeling low again, but trying to get through without medication as I stop prozac/serovax about 7 years ago and did CBT which helped. So its refreshing to see that others go through the same problems and its nice to speak to people who see the person not the problem xx
