Stomach pain in same place??

When I get anxious, it goes straight to my stomach. It tends to be a dull ache in the same area on the right hand side, with the odd knotty feeling above my belly button.
I drink peppermint or lemon and ginger tea every day, which has helped somewhat over the last two months, as my tummy used to much worse!
Where is yours affected?

I always get a lump feeling on the right hand side maybe about 1cm from my belly button. Im always pressing there to see if i do have a lump as i can even feel it when i bend over, kind of like its getting in the way.
