Newbie here

Hi

I suffered from anxiety most of last year and ended up on medication and having to take 6 weeks off my work. Thought that was all behind me, but for last 2 months have felt it creeping up on me at an alarming rate. Now have an appointment next Monday to see the GP again, but not sure how I am going to cope until then. Really want to get on top of this and can't take anymore time off sick.

Hope I can get lots of advice on here which will be able to help me

Hi, i know how hard it is to try and hold on to your job whilst suffering with anxiety, it is so stressful. I am trying to do just that at the moment, what do you do?
