creeping back again

hi everyone havent been on here in months, have been so good lately, and it is starting to creep up again my dad has to get the results of a bone scan on wed, hopefully to rule out cancer, and has put me into such a mess again dizziness and heart palps...
i have missed 2 days of my citalopram and took it this morning i normally take it in the evenings before bed, does anyone else experience breathlessness as a side effect is freaking me out...

hi i no how u feel i was doing really well with anx but then got made redundant and so am stuck at home and i can feel myself going down bank tired dizzy panicky !! dont get the breathless ness . we have to stay strong and keep fighting . hope everything go ok for your dad .
