Well here I am again :)
I have to go to the Doctors this week(Thursday pm) to get a further referral for CBT. I have already had one session of CBT for HA and he wants to see me again for GA but i need to get referred again. I absolutely hate going to the doctors and i am stressed now 2 days in advance!!
I have this fear he is going to check my BP or check my neck again(as most of you know i have a fear of lymphoma which i have had all the tests for and thank goodness they came back clear!!).
I really dont want to go but know that I DONT HAVE A CHOICE.
Is this just me or do other people have an irrational fear of doctors?
I have had to make my OH take the afternoon as holiday from work to come with me! I never used to be like this!!!!
