advice but no meds please

My anxiety is high at the moment.:weep:
My urticaria is bad.:weep:
My IBS is causing bloating:weep:
This morning i bent forward to put a DVD in the player and had an awful pain :ohmy: in the - soft bit (solar plexus) under the sternum (breast bone):weep:
The pain went BUT that awful fearful discomfort of - is something wrong?????the area just feels "Full" at the moment.
Just very fearful "you know - the what if????? problem"
hope you can give me some comfort

I had this feeling yesterday, and it really had me anxious. I just put it down to excess stomach acid as it was like a gnawing pain rather than a sharp one. Could it be that, or maybe your IBS??? The pain s gone so try not to dwell on it if you can. It could have just been a muscular thing. I am getting alot of that et the moment too, but that also sends me into a spin as I am pregnant and think something is wrong. We always think the worst especially when our anxieties are high to start with.

The logic in your reply is probably right:blush: the "bloating" is just about where the baby would be - and the middle bit under the ribs is bound to get a bit squashed when I bend forward:blush:
