Hi - im back

:blush: Havent been on here for a while so thought id better re-introduce myself as im sure many people have changed on here. Anyway, im Popsy, 33 female.
Used to use this site loads a few months ago when i had a serious anxiety/depressive episode but havent been on for a while as ive been feeling so well (have looked in a few times to offer some advice but thats all) anyway for some reason am having another bad time with GAD (constant feelings of fear) and panicy feelings and am very confused as to why they have sprung up again and can see no logic, i really thought i was getting back to the old me.
