Sorry but I am not exactlty new but have not posted before. I just linger in the background, a bit like my life really.
The thing is I am really really struggling at the moment. I do not go out excpt to take LO to school
I sit here on the computer all day (If I didnt god knows where I would be now)
I hate 'ME'
I hate my life
I dont have the guts to get up and change it
I have social phobia
I have panic disorder
I think I have depression but cant walk down into town to go to the docs is to hard for me

I do not know where to turn

Please help

I have a cd from mind that I listen to ( A relaxation one) but I cant walk around all day with that on lol. I tried the chat but no one was on so will try again later.
