please help

hi everyone im new on here,
i have a question for anyone who suffers from anxiety,
ive been on propranolol for a few weeks nearly and had to come off them as they really didnt help and made me feel worse,and im just on amitripyline now at night,since ive stopped the propranolol my chest feels as though someones sitting on it also ive got severe headaches i just wondered if anyone else had this problem just for reasurrance as i was doing really well with my anxiety and now its got worse than ever and i feel like im going round in circles.

hey peachie welcome im new as well. i was on propan as well, im now off them but yeah did have some signs for a week or so. guess it was just my body getting used to not being on them. my anxiety has flared up again so im trying every herbal remedy i can find lol. good luck x
